Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities
- Set daily/weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Ensure effective employee relations.
- Adhere and enforce all safety guidelines and company standards.
- Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with product specifications.
- Works with cross functional teams such as sales, production, purchasing, customer service, and quality
- Submit reports on production and sales while maintaining inventory levels and appropriate controls.
- Oversee warehouse operations.
- Communicate with senior management for branch level needs on equipment, manpower and inventory.
- Minimum of 2 years of Production Manager or similar role experience
- Proven ability to develop and motivate team members
- Communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of warehouse and bill of materials
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience with hose, rubber and/or fluid power distribution a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production environment
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Prophet 21)
