Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing and parts industry and a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. This job is fast paced, independent work, characterized by a variety of frequently changing tasks.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assemble quotes and enter orders for customers.
- Work counter sales for customer orders and pickups.
- Answer inbound customer calls.
- Keep customer contact information up to date.
- Make pricing and order decisions and get approvals where needed.
- Quote projects, enter orders, coordinate deliveries, provide order status.
- Follow upon quotes and opportunities.
- Review monthly achievements with sales manager and general manager.
- Build relationships and sell additional products to current customers.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Be willing to learn to further your growth and development.
