We’re seeking a dedicated Pressure Washer Service Technician to join our growing team in Mansfield, OH. In this role, you'll split your time between in-shop repairs and mobile service calls, helping customers maintain and repair their commercial-grade pressure washers. What You’ll Do

Service & Repair Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain pressure washers and related equipment at customer sites and in our service shop.
• Read and interpret service manuals, electrical diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and temperature gauges.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for service calls promptly for accurate billing.
• Document service-related issues and communicate them clearly with dispatch and service managers.
• Work on ladders and at heights when required.
  
  

Customer Service & Communication

• Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and represent the company in a courteous, respectful manner.
• Clearly explain service issues and solutions to customers and team members.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job.
  
  

Operational Support

• Arrive punctually to scheduled service calls and complete jobs efficiently and thoroughly.
• Work independently or as part of a team under the direction of the Branch Manager or Sales Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with documentation, training sessions, and safety meetings as needed.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or college education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in pressure washer repair.
• Strong electrical background with troubleshooting and diagram-reading skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and honest.
• Comfortable using Apple devices (iPhone/iPad) – preferred but not required.
• Industry certifications such as NATE, EPA, etc., are a plus.
• Willingness to attend training seminars and safety classes.
• Must be available for on-call and after-hours service as needed.
