Hanna Rubber Company, an industry leader in providing mechanical rubber goods to industrial companies, is seeking a Sales and Quality Control Support Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both the sales and quality control functions to ensure smooth, timely service to our clients, particularly in the military and aerospace sectors. The role involves handling key tasks such as generating part/box labels, completing certificates of conformance (COC), submitting First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, the position involves managing the calibration of measuring devices and tracking various customer-related data to ensure our product deliveries meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for sales and quality control functions.
- Create and generate part/box labels for customers, including military and aerospace clients.
- Complete and submit Certificates of Conformance (COC) and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) in a timely manner.
- Work closely with sales teams regarding COC, FAIR, and purchase orders (POs) for specified customers.
- Complete customer surveys upon request.
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets to track COC/FAIR receipts and completion dates.
- Follow up on FAIR submissions to ensure the timely shipment of parts to customers.
- Maintain an ISO calibration spreadsheet for measurement devices and track inspection due dates.
- Conduct warehouse walkthroughs and ensure all missing measuring devices are updated in the calibration spreadsheet.
- Ensure calibration folders are up to date with the latest certificates for measuring devices like calipers, durometers, and micrometers.
- Inspect and certify in-house measuring devices such as tape measures and steel rules.
- Coordinate the collection and sending of measuring devices for calibration before due dates and update the calibration spreadsheet.
- Review and collect monthly maintenance checklists from production departments and perform spot checks as needed.
- Retrieve RFQs and POs from customer portals and forward them to appropriate sales personnel.
- Enter RFQ quotes in specific customer portals.
- Follow up on FAIR approvals to ensure timely shipment of products as per contracts.
- Escalate issues to management if job requirements are not met.
- Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure all information is delivered promptly and accurately.
- Learn and uphold ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality meetings, audits, and customer quality discussions.
- Ensure attention to detail and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain excellent attendance to meet all deliverables.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desired.
- Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4:45 pm.
