Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Catawba Industrial Rubber Co., a Singer Industrial Company, is searching for a Warehouse Clerk/Driver in Charlotte, NC. Job Summary

The primary role of a Warehouse clerk/Driver is to assist in the Warehouse and to drive to customers and other shops to deliver or pick up products.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading products via forklift
• Ensure receivables are accurate and received in the system
• Pull parts and ensure accuracy of pulled parts/assembled hoses and match to pick slip or customer's order
• Assisting shipping & receiving with packing customer orders and picking up stock materials
• Loads trucks for delivery
• Ensure loads match delivery tickets
• Deliver products to customers and obtain necessary signatures of delivery
• Keep a clean work environment
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities

• Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving habits.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a delivery driver
• Basic knowledge of using and operating warehouse machinery and equipment for loading.
• Basic computer skills (using UPS or FedEx applications)
• Should work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent
