Title: Receptionist

Company Overview
Off Duty Services is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will report directly to the Payroll Manager and will be a key team member in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of daily incoming invoices and timesheets to the Accounts Payable team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and deliveries. The Receptionist will also be responsible for matching payments with invoices and maintaining our filing process. Our work environment is fast paced, positive, and stresses results oriented internal growth.
The Receptionist’s core responsibilities will include the following:
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate staff.
- Manage and maintain a large volume email account, including the distribution of incoming emails to Account Coordinators and replying to each email received.
- Keep a tally of incoming emails forwarded to each Account Coordinator.
- Stamp outgoing mail and maintain a stamp log.
- Match payments with invoices.
- File matching payments with invoices and maintain the filing system.
- Backup to our Administrative Assistant for our onboarding process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of basic office applications and ability to learn new proprietary software (GFX and Sage/Intact) software’s we currently access.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, strong collaborative, and leadership skills.
- Process driven, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- At least 3 years’ experience in AP, payroll, or other accounting functions
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is $15/hr and includes base salary. The Company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, etc.
Travel: Travel is not required.

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
