Job Description:
Experienced in delivering large scale data center build, upgrade and migration projects.
Proven experience in IT project management and Agile/waterfall methodologies.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery management.
Identify customer needs, Manage Major End to End Initiatives and ability to manage IT Infra and/or Data Centre projects.
Understanding of Data Center IT components that includes Compute, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Replication etc.
Oversee the implementation of project technical activities.
Identification of risks, which affects program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and designates to complete the program and project life cycle.
Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution.
Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
Work with third-party vendors, services providers and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met.
Ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholder.
Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups.
Fluent in the Microsoft office productivity & collaboration tool suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
Preferably Project Management Certified (PMP or PRINCE2)
