Job Summary
Stadium Project. Experience to include MEP (especially HVAC and low voltage. Scoreboard and signage experience). We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet all quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management, quality control, and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Construction Inspector will work closely with contractors and project managers to ensure that all aspects of the construction process are executed according to plans and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract specifications.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to understand project requirements and identify potential issues.
- Collect and analyze data related to construction processes, materials, and workmanship.
- Monitor quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders, including contractors and management.
- Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports outlining compliance or deficiencies observed during inspections.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes in construction management.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information quickly.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders in the construction industry.
