CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION : Singleton Schreiber, LLP, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, candidate help us maintain relationships and check in with fire and mass tort victim clients on a regular basis, particularly when there are stagnant periods in their case to join our Client Relationship Specialist team. This will be a remote position.
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
24.00-$26.00 / hour
Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build strong rapport with clients.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text message.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls.
- Gather detailed information from current clients about their cases.
- Diligently monitor current client's communication between Singleton Schreiber and the client
- Create logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of all current clients.
- Schedule appointments when necessary for clients.
