The Role
We seek an IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide essential technology support to our internal staff. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service desk operations, delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service to employees. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues across computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and connected devices, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and peripherals (Mac, Windows, Linux)
- Develop and document solutions to technical problems
- Onboard new employees, creating and following documented processes
- Install, move, add, and change computer equipment and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
- Manage the service desk incident queue, prioritizing and resolving issues
- Maintain on-premises systems for shared office spaces
- Track inventory and handle purchasing of IT equipment
