Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, helping them understand their options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the cause and implementing solutions effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center technology, including CRM software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
