Job Title : Client Support Specialist
Department : Client Services
Location : Bloomington, IN (Onsite)
Position Type : Full-time, 40 hours / week, exempt

Client Support Specialist :
- Utilize Singota systems (e.g. Client Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Management, E-Transparency® System, ColdStream Cold Chain Manager, Citrix ShareFile, etc.) to assist with client projects and services
o Assign new client IDs and enter new client information into ERP
o Assist with E-Transparency account set up for clients
o Assist with monthly metrics for client projects
o Creation of monthly client invoices
o Assist with set up of new projects
o Proxy CRS requests from clients, as needed
o Input client data into CCM
o Create folders and send large files using FileShare
o General task assistance with client projects and services as needed
Manage and oversee Supply Chain Management Services client projects.Understand client needs, scope, plan, and prepare standard project plans / proposals,Establish and lead project communication internally and externally, including team meetings (kick-off, progress updates, closing) and other communication touch points, as necessary to coordinate and monitor project activities across all team members.Accurately invoice clients based on transactional volume and resource utilization.Assist with hosting client visits.Safeguard and promote high client satisfaction / retention and appropriately direct client feedback.Forecast existing client demand for input into the Sales & Operations Planning process.Resolve issues related to CRS requests and escalate to appropriate staff when necessaryRun reports to assist staff and clients in inventory and transaction verificationAppropriately direct client feedback regarding Singota processes and systems (e.g. E-Transparency®) to the appropriate functional areas within SingotaData entry support within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemInteract professionally and effectively with other departments, clients and auditing agencies on procedures and other issuesAssist with client inquiries and requests as required to assist staff in providing excellent service to clients.Provide administrative support to the client facing team : schedule client meetings; coordinate logistics associated with client visits; assist as needed for internal marketing and sales functions; etc.Assist with retention sample management programComply with quality and safety management systems including requirements for documentation, training, system use, SOPs, processes and proceduresGeneral support required of a startup company where everyone is expected to perform multiple tasks both inside and outside their department to meet the needs of the businessCharacteristics required include :

Work Experience & Education Requirements :
High School Diploma with at least 2 years experience in life sciences industry.Associate's degree in pharmaceutical science, biology, chemistry, business management or engineering with at least 1 years experience in life sciences industry.Excellent computer skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office software suiteExperience using ERP and CRM systemsExperience handling multiple tasks well and creating effective solutions and proceduresPrevious customer / client service experienceBenefits
