Responsibilities
Provide cutting-edge laboratory research services to academic and industrial clients according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Contribute to the development and optimization of new technologies, equipment, and procedures for single-cell omics and spatial biology in research and clinical projects.
Communicate with academic and industrial clients to address pre-sales and post-sales technical questions.
Ensure smooth lab functioning by maintaining supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and upholding safety protocols.
Play a key role in coordinating and executing research service and R&D projects, ensuring timelines are met and maintaining high-quality standards.
Participate in hands-on training with the latest technologies to support your ongoing growth and development.
Requirements
Advanced degree in Biological Sciences (MS or PhD).
3 years of lab experience (Molecular or Cell Biology).
Experience with 10x Genomics single cell and / or spatial transcriptomics preferred.
