About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help us elevate our clients' digital presence. In this part-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing social media accounts, generating engaging content, and supporting graphic design tasks. You’ll be an integral part of our team, creating content that builds brand awareness, engages communities, and drives business growth.
This position offers the potential for growth and transition into a full-time role as the company expands.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage the social media accounts of Sinna Studios and our clients, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and schedule engaging posts, including captions, hashtags, and multimedia, aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions (comments, DMs, mentions) with professionalism and timeliness.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, offering insights to improve engagement and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes, trends, and audience behavior to optimize social media strategies.
Content Creation & Design:
- Design 2–3 visually appealing and on-brand graphic flyers per week using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
- Create and ideate 3–5 video content ideas per week for clients, with an emphasis on trends and audience engagement.
Client Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sinna Studios management to understand client needs, goals, and timelines.
- Participate in content ideation sessions with the team to brainstorm creative strategies and solutions.
Tools & Platforms:
- Proficiency with social media tools and platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Canva is required.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Frame.io, Slack, and Airtable to manage workflows and communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
- A deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and online engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changing client needs.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with content creation for the hospitality, entertainment, real estate, or wellness industries.
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) to assist with social media video production.
