A Community Based Mental Health Clinician works as a team to decrease hospitalization and crisis episodes for adults with behavioral health concerns and to increase community functioning by attaining recovery goals. This is an intensive service program in which at least 60% of services must be provided in the natural setting. This position would function as the Clinician for such services.
Objectives
- Apply a trauma-sensitive, collaborative approach to clients’ recovery
- Develop an individualized treatment plan for each client
- Document information which consistently supports diagnoses from clinical assessment and treatment plan
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2-5 years experience with mental health services preferred

Salary: $59,116 - $68,870 (MHP/Bachelor's level); $62,071 - $72,468 (QMHP/Master's level)
