Requirements
Identify and engage potential clients, using scientific knowledge to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Present reagents and contract research services effectively, ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process by collaborating with internal teams.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and sales strategies.
Travel occasionally within your designated area to visit clients and strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements
Previous junior-level sales experience in the life sciences industry, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals (experience with reagents and contract research services is preferred).
Strong understanding of molecular and cell biology concepts.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective engagement with researchers and clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently within a remote environment.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
Located in or near one of the following areas with the ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
