The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of TPM experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects within the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the advanced node testchip program, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to drive project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and quality.
- Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in advanced node testchip program management.
- Familiarity with the GDSII flow, though expertise is not required.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
