Job Responsibilities:
- Execute and improve program deliverables, maintaining operational health metrics and taking initiative for enhancements.
- Manage class-based hiring strategies and develop diverse talent pipelines to support organizational growth and diversity.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and collaborate with global teams to standardize hiring practices and ensure seamless integration.
- Organize and manage meetings, including Town Halls and stakeholder collaborations, ensuring effective planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Maintain vendor relationships for talent acquisition, participate in data analysis and reporting, and represent the team in internal working groups.
- Coordinate communications for GFCC SAR Program, including Town Halls, organizational announcements, and skip levels.
- Manage ad hoc business management requests, including conference and certification approvals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in AML investigation, SAR filing, and knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, with skills in analytics and project execution.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to implement best practices and communicate across all organizational levels.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to edit information accurately and succinctly for senior management.
- Strong business analysis skills to enable efficient, accurate, and objective decision-making.
- Proactive problem-solver with adaptability to changing needs and a keen interest in business management and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Alteryx Designer, including data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics workflow.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
