· Requires 3-5 years of Commercial Loan/Lending Operations experience
· Prefer extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting syndicated credit agreements (pre/post-close)
· Prefer Loan IQ experience
· Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical thinker who can identify connections between various pieces of data and systems and quickly articulate client impact
· Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize competing demands
· Ability to manage and autonomously resolve complex problems
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to function efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining service level agreements
· Highly motivated self-starter
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills
Examines, analyzes and interprets accounting records to prepare statements and/or advise management. Ability to mentor junior members of team as needed
