Title: Desktop Support Specialist/Toner Installation Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Travelling Involved: Yes, to surrounding sites/customers – location/sites
Provide Toner Installation Support Specialists. These resources will follow the UPMC holiday schedule.
- Responsibilities of the Toner Installation Support Specialist are as follows:
- Will utilize Web JetAdmin on a daily basis
- Toner will be picked up at receiving dock by Toner Installation Support Specialist
- Will install toner as required
- Will store toner in designated locked toner closet for installation at a later time
- Ensure UPMC is utilizing the Recycle Process
- Customer will provide adequate, no cost parking access
- Customer will provide designated locked toner closet at each of the locations
- Customer will be responsible to provide needed equipment (ipad, laptop) to run reports and receive messages.
- Resources will be available Monday -Friday 8 AM -5 PM local time
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
