Securities Lending Account Management
4041 Ogletown Stanton Rd, #1, Newark, DE 19713/Hybrid
6 months of contract with possible extension or potentially will go permanent
Job Responsibilities: -
- Processing in line with Standard Operating Procedures and firm policies.
- Manage the Lender & Borrower setup (New & Incremental accounts), static setup including NAV, price of the assets across Agency Lending systems flawlessly and within the SLA.
- Learning and navigating systems effectively
- Providing answers to routine queries via phone and email.
- Exhibiting effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Perform validation tasks to ensure completeness and accuracy of processing.
- Work with the counterparties to resolve any discrepancy/queries
- Identify & escalate all exceptions in a timely manner
- Work with Global Operation team to gain a comprehensive knowledge of processes
Required qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
1. You should have intermediate knowledge skills of MS office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
2. Thrives in a team-oriented environment but can also work by oneself.
3. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business.
4. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment and prioritize appropriately.
5. Ability to articulate complex scenarios like terms of events, investigations, and results.
6. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to manage relationships, both internal and external.
Preferred qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Financial Services experience of 2 years and working knowledge of the Securities Lending and Custody products
- The candidate will be aware of the large financial risks that can be incurred through operational errors and negligence
- Ability to follow industry news and understand how this impacts daily processes and understanding of regulatory rules and controls
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $26.00 per hour
