Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist II
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Business Systems & Mgr. of Logistics
Location: Beverly, MA; On-site
Position Type: FT, Hourly, Non-exempt
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Specialist II will support the organization’s inventory accuracy, ordering of MRO items and ensuring movement of material in the ERP system to produce accurate records of inventory movement. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ERP systems, inventory control, Logistics, and procurement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Purchase MRO requests submitted through the ERP system to support non-inventory items.
· Monitor supplier deliveries for inventory items and create in bound ship notifications.
· Generate shipping documents, pick, pack, and ship product as required.
· Work closely with 3PL’s to ensure sales orders are processed in a timely manner.
· Work with Sales Operation to resolve Sales order and RMA issues.
· Perform inventory transactions ensuring physical movement matches ERP system.
· Generates and completes “Production Orders” to ensure consigned materials are consumed properly.
· Receive inventory items into the ERP system as required.
· Process RMA’s and move inventory for evaluation/disposition.
· Assist with physical inventory, make appropriate adjustments in the ERP system to maintain accuracy.
· Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
· Resolve invoice issues with suppliers.
· Develops and maintains good working relationships with suppliers.
· Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
· Assist in the generation of Departmental Metrics.
· Assist in Supply Chain initiatives and perform other duties as required.

· US Citizen or green card holder required
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
· At least three years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
