What You'll Do:
- Manage a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring systems
- Collaborate with clients and team members to discuss project specifications and progress
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all projects
- Teach, train, and guide electrical apprentices
- Effectively lead, communicate, troubleshoot, and problem solve
We're Looking For:
- Valid South Dakota Journeyman Electrician license
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- 5 years of experience in the electrical field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Proven leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
