Reports to: Dietary Manager
Location: Heartland Care Center
POSITION SUMMARY: Directly responsible for all food preparation for the residents and staff. Be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production, portion control, to eliminate waste, sanitation and serving of food. Be responsible for the general supervision of the food service, when the Dietary Service Manager is off Duty.
Anticipated Schedule: Part-Time, 16 to 24 hours per week, every other weekend
