In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing patients to the appropriate staff members, and utilizing our Practice Management System to inform patients of appointment information. Your exceptional communication skills will be utilized to formulate phone notes from patient calls in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure accurate communication and understanding between patients and staff. Additionally, you will assist patients in completing necessary intake forms at initial visits, including demographic and medical history, as well as financial verification. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless patient care.
