The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including answering and directing incoming phone calls, accessing the Practice Management System to inform patients of appointment information, formulating phone notes from patient calls in EMR, and working directly with medical staff to ensure accurate communication and understanding between patient and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have solid experience and advanced knowledge of electronic medical/health records (EMR) systems, basic computer skills, and previous phone experience. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Additionally, candidates must be able to perform primary functions of the position, which include but are not limited to:
