What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Sip Coffee House?
1. Greet customers and take orders.
2. Measure and grind coffee beans to make espresso and other beverages.
3. Prepare hot and cold drinks based on customer orders.
4. Steam and froth milk to make cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty coffees.
5. Prepare smoothies, bubble teas, and other blended drinks.
6. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
7. Check beverage temperature and quality before serving.
8. Assist customers with beverage selections.
9. Package and label beverages for to-go orders.
10. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
