Front of the House (FOH) employee description : FOH employees will need to have a thorough understanding of the menu, ability to provide excellent customer service, and possess a positive attitude while interacting with guests and teammates.
Duties Include : Value teamwork.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Prior customer service and food experience is a plus but not required.
Are consistent and reliable.
Strong attention to details.
Learn the use of operating system, TOAST.
Are willing to follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Have or are willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit.
Employment at SIP will require applicants to be on their feet for hours at a time as well as lift potentially heavy objects, when necessary, up to 50 pounds.
Are legally allowed to work in the United States of America.
