Resideo is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to join our Global Climate Solutions team, where the selected candidate will manage front line sellers and deliver value by leading strategic activities related to our OEM customers. As the successful candidate, you will build relationships to best understand the customer's business needs to provide appropriate products and solutions. You will identify and generate sales opportunities and drive sales of products, systems and services to different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending industry events, such as trade shows or seminars. You will provide education of Resideo product(s) through technical presentations. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts. Drive business growth by organizing client and customer events. JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, growth strategies, roadmaps, and competitive analyses of assigned accounts.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Maintain and increase our LAMP Gold & LAMP Light activities.
- Participate in relevant industry trade shows and/or specialized training programs.
- Manage Customer Visits.
- Participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Provide Customer Reports and insights on market changes.
- Utilize CRM tools to update management on progress and opportunities. Work with all the necessary internal teams (Product Management, Legal, IBP, HR, Etc.) to have everyone on the same page/direction of the customers/business.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Fluent/bilingual in English and Korean (both speaking & writing) languages
- 4 years of sales experience, including working directly with customers
- Proven experience using CRM tools or office suites, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Ability to travel per business needs (up to 50%), including international travel
