Key Responsibilities:
- Execute both minor and major repairs on robotic machinery to ensure functionality.
- Document all repairs using both traditional paper forms and on-line platforms.
- Assess robotic machinery to identify necessary repairs and document findings online.
- Utilize technical software for analysis and diagnosis of robotic machinery.
- Operate and maintain a clean work area, including cleaning machinery as required.
- Collaborate with technical support from robotic manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct on-site service calls for repairs.
- Maintain customer relations in a professional and friendly manner.
- Track and record all service activities in the designated on-line platform.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years' successful work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Ability to comprehend electronics and mechanical operations of robotic machinery.
- Capability to navigate and utilize on-line platforms for servicing robotic machinery.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and achieve results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer orientation.
- Current and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
