We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Tile, Stone and Marble Fabricator/Installation Expert to join our team. Have you owned your own tile business in the past? Also, stone and marble fabrication is a big plus. If you possess these qualities, we invite you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, stone cutting, repair, and restoration of stone and tile and mosaic surfaces. You must have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Layout: Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of stone and tile materials, including marble, granite, ceramic, porcelain, and mosaics.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesives and sealants to ensure a long-lasting installation.
• Customization: Create intricate designs and patterns according to client specifications and project requirements.
• Repair and Restoration: Repair damaged stone and tile surfaces, matching existing materials and finishes to maintain consistency and aesthetic integrity.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations, making any necessary adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate efforts and achieve seamless integration of stone and tile work into the overall project.
• Maintenance Advice: Provide clients with guidance on the care and maintenance of their stone and tile surfaces to ensure longevity and appearance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of [4-7] years of experience in stone and tile installation and repair in exclusive high-end residential and commercial properties.
• Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to cutting stone and tile work, including saws, grinders, and polishers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and precision in measurements and installation.
• Creativity: Ability to design and execute custom patterns and layouts.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions.
• Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to address unexpected challenges during installations.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in stone and tile work are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Attributes:

Artistic flair and a passion for design and familiarity with the latest trends and techniques in stone and tile work. Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
