SipMARGS is seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results across the designated geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve volume, distribution, merchandising, and pricing goals.
- Manage brand portfolios, ensuring proper management of depletions and inventory by SKU.
- Provide regular communication to wholesalers and colleagues on channel goals and progress.
- Plan and execute sales programming in all markets.
- Utilize POS and marketing assets effectively in the field.
- Travel to observe business conditions and meet with key buyers and distributor personnel.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent key account negotiation skills.
- Objective-oriented individual with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Financially responsible with ability to manage budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (minimum 25%).
- Must be able to work pre-scheduled evening and weekend activations.
