SIR Home Improvements, specializing in remodeling and specialty home improvements. We are seeking an appointment setter for our Call Center. Demand for our products has caused a need within our company to expand. We are looking for motivated individuals who:

General Purpose:
The purpose of a scheduler is to support a positive image of SIR Home Improvement through a dynamic interaction with homeowners. The position involves following up with customers who have expressed an interest in our products. You then will schedule a home demonstration by one of our experienced Design & Planning Consultants.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in a one-week orientation and training class prior to scheduling.
- Contact, Engage, Interact, and connect with homeowners.
- Listen to our customers unique situation.
- Set appointments with homeowners.
- Assist marketing team with home shows, expos, events, festivals, and fairs.
- Gain knowledge of SIR’s products and services, and the ability to discuss product offerings.
- Deliver a proven sales presentation.

Compensation:
Compensation plan based on experience and abilities and ranges from $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
