- Answer field calls from customers and fleet
- Make strategic dispatch decisions that align with business goals
- Ensure dispatch assignments are completed efficiently and on time
- Perform other related administrative tasks
- Perform delivery duties as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages when necessary
- A positive self-starter who thrives both independently and within a team
- Customer-oriented with outstanding communication skills
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is a PLUS
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background/drug test
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Strong multitasking skills and solution-oriented
- Competent in navigating computer and GPS software
