Sir Lines-A-Lot provides traffic control services and pavement markings on roads and parking lots. Our company has recently grown to 150 employees, and we are looking for an individual to join us on our Traffic Control Operations team. We have locations in MN, SD, and IA. This role will ensure safety in construction zones by managing traffic and installing traffic control devices.

Setting up of work site, including traffic and pedestrian control.Installation of signs, traffic cones, and barricades
Temporary barrier rail, message boards, and other smart zone equipmentRemove all signs, barricades, and traffic cones upon completion of job.Control traffic flow and close roads on construction projects.Direct or divert pedestrian and vehicle traffic.Performs all duties according to safety procedures and uses appropriate safety equipment.Other duties as assigned.Key Personal Qualifications :
Ability to listen and follow directions.Proactive and able to prioritize daily tasks.Ability to accurately record and document work performed.Be flexible with changing decisions as the business demands.Strong desire to build and maintain working relationships and succeed as a team.Friendly, positive outlook, and show initiative and commitment.Experience / Requirements :
High School education or equivalent ( preferred )Valid Driver's License required ( CDL preferred or ability to obtain )Must be able to pass a DOT PhysicalMust be able to pass a Drug ScreenAbility to lift up to 50 lbsExperience in parking lot striping, landscaping, and painting a plusJob Type : Seasonal. Hourly, Full-time, hours may vary with the seasonality of the business. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Also, be available to work overtime as needed.
