Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including benefits administration, recruiting, payroll, and strategic planning. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources management principles and the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research data collection to support HR initiatives and strategic planning.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict management processes.
- Utilize Ultipro or similar systems for timekeeping and attendance management.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Prepare customer billings weekly.
- Prepare certified payrolls for certain customers weekly.
- Coordinate workers compensation job site additions and Certificates of Insurance.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, recruiting processes, payroll systems, and HR management software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in strategic planning and research data collection is a plus.
