Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage risk exposures, loss frequency, and severity against desired coverage.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of brokers and team members.
- Ensure accurate and compliant file documentation and rating rule adherence.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance underwriting efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of 3 years in Commercial Package/BOP underwriting.
- Strong understanding of Property and Casualty insurance principles.
- Familiarity with habitational P&C policies highly desirable.
- Commercial Real Estate Insurance expertise advantageous.
