Key Accountabilities
- Manage new business/renewal accounts through proactive outreach to carriers and brokers.
- Collaborate with internal sales staff to submit new business proposals.
- Analyze and assess habitational risks to determine eligibility and suitable coverage.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing excellent customer service.
- Develop innovative solutions to address inquiries and concerns from brokers and team members.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of 3 years in Commercial Package/BOP underwriting.
- Strong foundation in Property and Casualty insurance principles.
- Familiarity with habitational P&C policies highly desirable.
- Commercial Real Estate Insurance expertise advantageous.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
