What You’ll Do:
- Use your knowledge of offset, digital, and large-format printing to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Work with Print Smith, Printers Plan, or Press Wise to generate quotes and track job costs.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless job execution.
- Help optimize processes to improve profitability and turnaround times.
- Communicate with clients to provide cost-effective solutions and expert guidance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of print estimating experience (or similar industry experience).
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with Print Smith, Printers Plan, or Press Wise software.
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset—because precision matters in print.
- The ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing accuracy.
- A practical, no-nonsense approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for printing and marketing projects using Print Smith & Presswise Software.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
