Rack and cable devices, receive consignments, open boxes, stage devices, and configure management access.
Power cycle devices and run diagnostic commands as required by the Network Engineering and Storage Engineering teams.
Coordinate whole unit replacements and support inserting/removing media.
Perform remote walk-throughs for replacing defective components and configuring remote access.
Coordinate activity dates and timings, including arrival and departure times for onsite vendors.
Rack and stack new hardware, maintain inventory, and follow SOPs.
Maintain physical layout documentation (site drawings, rack elevation, etc.), rack/cable labeling, and asset tagging.
