Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to clients, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of computer systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, ensuring optimal performance of TCP/IP networks.
- Utilize Remedy for tracking service requests and managing incidents effectively.
- Manage computer assets using SCCM for inventory control and software deployment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on computer hardware to prevent failures.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Document all service activities accurately in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field with a strong understanding of computer management.
- Proficiency in computer networking concepts and network administration practices.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to client sites.
