Responsibilities
Adhering to SLAs. Handling tickets / requests. Troubleshooting technical issues. Performing root cause analysis. Defining processes and ensuring adherence. Ensuring maximum uptime according to the SLA. Understanding of Multi-geo support environment. Improving and maintaining customer and employee satisfaction. Overseeing successful completion of installation, configuration, and migration. Building and maintaining a test environment. Suggesting new technologies and design changes. Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by team members. Mentoring and training team members. Testing, auditing, and processes as required. Identifying skill gaps and planning for training and knowledge updates. Technology Knowledge
Router - Cisco, Juniper Switch – Cisco and Juniper WLAN Access Points – Cisco and Juniper Mist WLAN Appliance – Cisco and Juniper Load Balancer - F5 SDN – Versa SD-WAN IPAM – Infoblox / others WAN Optimizer - Riverbed / others Packet Shaper - Bluecoat Terminal Server - Ion systems / others Firewalls – Checkpoint Qualifications
Min 10 years of Network administration experience in large enterprise environment. Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certifications. Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business continuity, and Disaster recovery. Expertise in analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN / WAN architecture and good experience on IP services. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written). Experience in representation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. In-depth understanding and troubleshooting skills for data center technologies (vPC, VDC, OTV, FEX). Expert level knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing, and testing static and dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP. Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco and Juniper devices (Routers, Switches L2 / L3, Firewalls, etc.). Excellent hands-on experience in Cisco & Juniper Mist WLC / Access point. Handling escalated troubleshooting calls related to Routing, Switching, Wireless, Firewalls & VPN. Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus Series of switches, Juniper SRX series & Checkpoint. Excellent hands-on experience on Wireless LAN technologies – Cisco and Juniper Mist. Excellent hands-on experience on WAN Acceleration / optimization Riverbed. Network Management tools – Solar Winds, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, or any other related tools. Application Load balancers F5 Big IP LTM / GTM or any other related tools. Hands-on experience of implementing & troubleshooting Infoblox solutions such as IPAM / DHCP / DNS / vDiscovery. Hands-on experience on DHCP scope creation, DHCP option management understanding about servers, and windows platform. Experience in designing POA for complex Change / Project, knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA's, documentation, Knowledge Bank. Experience in AWS or AZURE or any cloud technologies will be an added advantage. Certifications
ITIL v3 / v4 CCIE -R&S or equivalent associate CISSP, CISM, CCSP OEM specific Expert level certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint) Job Type : Contract
