Backend Java Developer with experience in React and Newgen to join our team. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and maintain backend services, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate solutions using Newgen One (latest platform) for workflow automation and digital transformation.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers working with React to deliver high-performance applications.
- Ensure database efficiency and scalability (SQL/NoSQL).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in backend development with Java & Spring Boot.
- Experience working with Newgen One for BPM, ECM, or case management.
- Knowledge of React.js and frontend integration.
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
