Busser/Food Runner

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order delivery and address any special requests.
• Help with food handling, ensuring that all items are served at the appropriate temperature and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with other tasks as needed, including restocking supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hotel, catering, or food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.53 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
