Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality in accordance with fine dining expectations.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and staff effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.46 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
