Position: Trimmer
Reports to: Operations Manager
Status: Full time (40 hours/week)
Wage: $16
Sick pay: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours per calendar year

Siren is a family-owned, OLCC-licensed cannabis production facility. We are committed to providing quality craft cannabis to the Oregon recreational market. Owners Matt and Meghan Walstatter and Bob Conley have been working as cannabis activists and entrepreneurs for more than two decades. As leaders in the Oregon cannabis industry, their advocacy is broad and far-reaching, with an emphasis on authentic and inclusive business practices, fair and reasonable legalization laws, and conscientious cultivation and use.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid OLCC Cannabis Worker Permit
- 1 year of trimming experience in a licensed facility
- Ability to stand, climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trimming, bucking and other plant pruning activities
- Help with harvest by cutting harvested plants down to hangable lengths, hanging plants, cleaning or performing other harvest activities as assigned
- Perform periodic cleaning and facility maintenance as assigned by a supervisor
- Trim AT LEAST 1 pound per day while meeting Siren’s strict quality control standards
- Efficiently and accurately separate A buds from B buds according to Siren standards
- Assist in the garden as needed (defoliation, harvest, etc.)
- Maintain a clean work area

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
