This bartending position earns a competitive base wage of $5.26 per hour plus tips for an average compensation of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Our employees also get 50% off of everything in the store and free shift meals from the restaurant. Our dockside restaurant and private club offer innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an outdoor open-air kitchen, where the kitchen staff work while enjoying views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. YOUR ROLE AS A BARTENDER
As a Bartender, you play a vital role in the operations of our restaurant. Many times, our customers simply stop by for a drink or two, and you elevate their experience to the next level with your exceptional mixology skills. Attentive to detail, you take note of each customer's unique preferences so that you can recommend the perfect drink to suit their tastes. You upsell drinks with infectious energy and make our customers feel seen and heard.
As part of your duties, you collaborate on menu development, creatively designing drinks with attention to the types of beverages our customers enjoy. In addition, you prep the bar each day and keep it clean and tidy throughout your shift. A people person, you love what you do and take pride in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers!
WHAT WE NEED IN A BARTENDER
- 1 years of bartending experience
- Extensive knowledge about liquors, beers, and other beverages
- 18 years old or older
