Note: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (May require 10% travel to Austin & Houston) / Miami, Florida (May require 10% travel to Orlando & Tampa)
Job Description:
Summary:
Client Digital is building a Brand Ambassador team to work alongside Growth Operations and Marketing in growing the client ecosystem. client app for delivery of in-store goods. client is now bridging to deliver food and items from your favorite local restaurants. The Brand Ambassador team will engage directly with a varied audience including in-store customers, client employees, and College Students to present clients and drive user engagement in the app. Brand Ambassadors will be evaluated based on the growth of the client user base. Training and KPI tracking will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of clients in the community, promoting and representing the brand at local events, festivals, and community engagements.
- Drive Downloads of the client app and increase customer engagement with the App
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute brand activation events and promotions.
- Support front-line operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and dedication to service excellence.
- Track results to scale working tactics and iterate on or abandon lackluster operations.
- Help support the scheduling and organization of events and partnerships outside of the client.
- Improve current processes and ideate new activations and tactics for growth.
- Support managing of activation budget.
- Get "hands dirty" being in the middle of events, etc.
Must-have:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with a genuine desire to serve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills English proficiency required (DFW-based roles), English & Spanish proficiency required (Miami-based roles)
- Self-driven, positive, and enthusiastic with a team-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or food service preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail.
- Driven by ambitious KPIs.
- Use of Microsoft 365 software suite.
- Outgoing and energized by contact with new people.
- Willing to travel and work odd hours. (Occasional overnight trips; Travel & Hotel are covered.)
- Willing to solve problems on the fly.
- Operationally minded building new processes, and iterating on current processes.
- Strong administrative/organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Desire to grow in role.
- Always seeking to improve processes and operations.
Must have skills:
- Has previously organized events attended by 100 people.
- Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Data Visualization)
- Marketing (Event Marketing, Social Media Marketing, CRM)
- Prior work representing a mass-market brand to customers.
- Previous Brand Ambassador roles.
- Interest in technology, marketing, and growth operations.
- Cross-functional work experience.
- Prior experience managing multiple stakeholders & competing priorities.
