Job Summary :

The IT Business Systems Analyst Principal at NextEra Energy will lead and support the design implementation and maintenance of complex IT systems and projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires extensive interaction with business stakeholders technical teams and external vendors. The IT Business Systems Analyst Principal will serve as a liaison ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and met through technology solutions and will play a critical role in applying a deep understanding of business processes and technology capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead largescale IT projects from inception through delivery ensuring they meet scope budget timeline and quality criteria.

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business requirements.

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service levels.

Advocate for and lead initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency within IT and across business units.

Create comprehensive documentation of business requirements technical specifications and project deliverables.

Qualifications :

Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
