About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate LVN to join our team. As a LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting. Your primary duties will include preparing patients for examinations, assisting clinical staff with examination procedures, taking accurate vital signs, performing necessary lab work, and ensuring proper documentation is included in the patient's record prior to providers visit.
Responsibilities:

- Taking accurate vital signs, performs necessary lab work, and ensures that proper documentation is included in the patient's record prior to providers visit.
- Notes appropriate history and reason for visit including: prenatal, immunization, smoking, medical history
- Updates allergy and medication list.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current California LVN license or interim permit for LVN.
- Current CPR certification.
- Graduate from an approved Licensed Vocational Nursing program with an associates or equivalent degree.
